Refund Policy
We have a strict no refund policy, however, if you find yourself in such a condition, where you feel you are entitled to refund (full or partial) you may file an appeal by sending an email to ivdserve@gmail.com. Any claim by the purchaser must be advised to ivdserve within 2 days of receipt of the goods. We then evaluate and consider your reason and if we find it justified, We may decide to compensate for it. You will be provided with alternative options other than a cash refund if required. Everything will be based on our discretion and our decision will be held as final.
